Forward Deployed Engineering, Build Manager (Fully Remote)

• You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and customers to build intelligent AI systems.
• Act as the first point of contact or escalation for customer AI co-innovation.
• Drive strategic build objectives and hold resources accountable for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize complex problems into prioritized milestones and success criteria.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles to ensure on-time delivery of AI/ML deployments.
• Manage risks, dependencies, releases, and AI release requirements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project/program management in mid/large software companies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and release management for cloud SaaS.
• Proven success deploying AI solutions with tangible customer impact.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and enterprise security.
