Founders Associate – Construction

Overview

You guide customers through the onboarding of an AI tool and ensure the software is not only installed but actually used in day-to-day project work.

You become a reliable point of contact for your clients, understand their workflows, and help teams apply digital processes in ways that materially reduce workload.

You work directly with the founders as well as the product and engineering teams, bring practical insights, and help shape how the tool evolves for the people who use it daily.

You support customers through genuine digital transformation, from the initial setup to the point where the tool becomes indispensable in every construction project.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding of an AI tool and ensure adoption in day-to-day project work.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact, understand clients' workflows, and help teams apply digital processes to reduce workload.
• Collaborate with founders and product/engineering teams to bring insights and influence tool evolution for daily users.
• Support customers through digital transformation from setup to widespread, indispensable use in construction projects.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in the construction industry, e.g., through studies, internships, or early projects
• Interest in AI, digital workflows, and innovations in the built environment
• Motivated early-career candidates are explicitly welcome
• Residence in Munich or willingness to be based in Munich long-term
