We are seeking a highly motivated Founders' Associate Intern (f/m/d) to join us starting mid‑April 2026. You’ll collaborate with our CEO, other C‑Level and Leadership team members, and our Founders' Associate full‑time, in a fast‑moving, VC‑funded startup, working on various exciting aspects of our business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and the Founders' Associate, not only on daily tasks but also in advancing and driving strategic initiatives across the company.
• Provide support in financial modeling and budgeting, ensuring a transparent view of financial performance and future projections.
• Perform market research and analysis to facilitate and enable strategic projects and decision‑making.
• Identify and address improvements in processes and operations to ensure scalability.
• Aid in the creation of reports and presentations for the C‑Level, investors, or other external stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects initiated by the C‑Level, encompassing a wide range of scopes and topics, and offer assistance to teams when critical.
• Additionally, cover operational processes end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• Strong determination to go the extra mile, coupled with a willingness to tackle essential tasks head‑on.
• Swift adaptability to shifting priorities within a dynamic business environment.
• An analytical and data‑driven mindset, along with proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high‑growth startups, VC/PE, or another dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
• Nearing the final stages or successful completion of your academic (bachelor's/master's) journey with outstanding achievements.
• Excellent communication abilities in English.
• Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
• Available from April 15, 2026, for a minimum of 4 months.
