Founders Associate Intern

Strategy

• Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team on projects of strategic importance and help develop plans for growth in new regions (DACH, US, and beyond)
• Operations: Execute internal projects to improve company efficiency and drive growth
• Investor Relations: Prepare investor meetings and support the founders with graphics, presentations, and solid financial calculations
• HR: Assist with sourcing and recruiting. Collaborate with us to develop additional KPIs for the entire team

Requirements

• You are studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, or you are currently in a gap year
• You have already gained initial experience in a demanding work environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or business development (startup)
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable way within a team
• You possess strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• You stand out through your communicative and outgoing personality as well as your entrepreneurial drive, taking ownership to lead topics independently
• In addition to very good knowledge of all MS Office programs, you are business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
