Founders Associate Internship – m/f/d

Responsibilities

Development of online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach. Creation of concepts and creative ideas for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok), the website and the newsletter. Preparation of analyses of digital marketing activities and research into current trends in social media. Close collaboration with the founders to advance strategic initiatives (e.g., expansion of B2B sales, affiliate programs). Independent research on projects in business development and process optimization, followed by implementation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies or a comparable degree program.
• Highly familiar with Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong interest in all social media platforms, with a keen sense for design and aesthetics in the premium health segment.
• Motivated, reliable and responsible, with a hands-on mentality.
• Based in Hamburg and fluent in German.
