Founders' Associate (m/w/d)

About Lendorse

Are you thinking about founding your own startup in the future but want to gain hands‑on experience first? Lendorse could be the perfect place for you.

Lendorse is an AI Edtech/Fintech startup with a mission to break down financial barriers for talented students from developing countries. Through Income Share Agreements (ISAs) and mentoring, we help students achieve their dreams without the burden of traditional debt. Our proprietary salary prediction model allows us to assess creditworthiness without a credit check, collateral, or co‑signer, meaning we can help those who are often overlooked by traditional financial institutions.

In September 2023, we closed a funding round with top investors like Evergryn Ventures, Vealo Ventures, and Earlybird. In 2024, we secured a €10 million credit line to fund students and are now in the final stages of our oversubscribed €1.75 million seed round. We have also built strong partnerships with leading universities such as HSG, SSE, INSEAD, HEC Paris, and many more.

Tasks

What can you expect as a Founders’ Associate at Lendorse?

• You’ll get the chance to take on a variety of tasks – no two days will be the same!
• Work closely with the CEO, CCO & COO, in areas like strategy, business development, marketing, and product.
• Have direct conversations with our students, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate...

• is either currently enrolled in or has recently completed a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Digital Innovation, or a related field. But: Motivation and energy matter more than a degree – if this sounds like you, apply and convince us!
• is bold, curious, and mission‑driven, with a strong work ethic.
• has excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and common sense.
• is passionate about fintech and/or education and shares our belief that wasted educational potential is one of the greatest tragedies of our time.
• is fluent in both German and English.
