Founder’s Associate – Product, Strategy & Innovation

• Manage priorities and prepare key decisions using decision logs


• Maintain calendar hygiene


• Prepare materials for investors and team updates


• Conduct user analyses and interviews


• Translate user problems into clear requirements such as PRDs and RFCs


• Align with engineering and product on what is built and why


• Build small prototypes using LLMs and no-code tools


• Refine prompts and validate product ideas before development


• Create KPI dashboards to measure success


• Monitor competitors and regulatory trends, e.g., GDPR


• Derive strategic recommendations in strategy notes


• Work closely with the founder and CEO as a "force multiplier"


• Optional: Complete a bonus challenge on pitch, AI workflow, or market analysis

Requirements

• Strong academic background, e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Health Economics, or a comparable field


• Recent graduates or candidates with early professional experience welcome


• Native-level German (C2)


• Very good English


• Ability to communicate complex content clearly and precisely, both written and verbal


• Strong analytical skills and fast research capability


• Ability to structure problems clearly


• Confident handling of spreadsheets, data, and basic financial models


• High affinity for technology and AI


• Comfortable using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude


• Entrepreneurial drive, a strong performance mindset, and the ability to work independently


• Willingness to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment


• Maturity and openness to feedback


• Nice to have: initial experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, analytics, or similar areas
