We’re an early-stage startup rewiring how automotive logistics moves across Europe. Ourmanaged marketplace connects car dealers, auction houses, and fleets withprofessional transport carriers — built from day one to capture real workflows and data, anddeliberately engineered to evolve into fully agentic systems.

The company is led by a repeat founder andbacked by Rapid Pioneers, TA Ventures, True Growth, TLX Capital and some well-known businessangels.

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders onsales and business development . You will help us build and scale our commercialengine, from lead generation and customer onboarding to pipeline management and growth initiativesthat directly impact revenue and company growth.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

• Drive outbound and inbound sales activities together with the founders
• Help build and scale our sales engine and commercial playbooks
• Research, qualify, and engage potential leads
• Manage CRM updates, pipeline hygiene, and sales follow-ups
• Contribute to deal preparation, pricing strategy, and pipeline management
• Lead customer calls and build long-term relationships
• Own customer onboarding and help deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to go-to-market initiatives

Founders Support

• Work directly with the founders on high-priority topics
• Turn ideas into structured tasks, analyses, and execution
• Support fundraising activities and strategic projects
• Support ad-hoc problem-solving where needed

Who Will Thrive in This Role

Must-Haves

• Previous experience in sales or business development
• High energy and a strong drive to make things happen
• Resilient and persistent — you don’t give up after the first “no”
• Comfortable building relationships and interacting with customers
• Structured thinking and willingness to take ownership
• Hands-on mindset: you enjoy execution and moving fast
• Comfortable working on-site in Frankfurt at least 50% of the time
• Excellent communication in English plus at least one other European language

Background

• Can be an early-career profile, recent graduate or student
• Prior startup experience is not required, but genuine interest is
• Customer success, recruiting or other customer-facing experience is a plus
• Competitive mindset and ambition matter more than your CV
• Curiosity, reliability, and speed are highly valued

Nice-to-Haves

• Interest in B2B sales, marketplaces, or the automotive industry
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools such as Attio
• Daily experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
