Overview

Humanoid robots are useless without data. At microagi, we are solving the biggest bottleneck in embodied AI by building the world's largest, highest-quality dataset of human tasks, from folding laundry to operating nuclear power plants. We just closed one of the largest pre-seed rounds in Europe, backed by Tier 1 Silicon Valley investors.

The Role

We are a fast-growing team of 34 employees from 13 countries across 3 offices (Munich, Zurich, and Aachen). As our Founding DACH Sales Manager , you will own the entire direct-to-business sales motion in our home market alongside our Head of Ops DACH. Today, that means partnering with SMEs, scale-ups, and mid-market companies across logistics, manufacturing, trades, gastronomy, retail, and healthcare in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to get their workers to capture egocentric video of real tasks.

You will work shoulder to shoulder with the Head of Ops DACH and (over time) build and lead the entire DACH Commercial Team. A meaningful part of your time will go into figuring out the playbook, which ICPs work, which pricing logic, which pitch, and which outbound motion. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely excited to explore.

What You Will Do

  • 50% Direct Sales Execution: Open doors every day at SMEs, scale-ups, and mid-market companies across DACH. Pitch, negotiate, and personally close the first wave of deals alongside the Head of Ops DACH
  • 25% GTM Strategy & Sales Assets: Build the DACH playbook from scratch, ICP definition, pricing logic, outbound motion, sales decks, follow-up sequences, and CRM setup
  • 15% Team Building: Build and lead the DACH Commercial Team
  • 10% Market & Customer Intelligence: Feed ops, procurement, and tech the insights needed to stay ahead of what the market is ready to buy. Data today, robots tomorrow

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of FT experience in sales, partnerships, or BD, ideally with time in a strong early-stage startup or a company with an outstanding performance culture
  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals, ideally with SMEs, scale-ups, or mid-market customers in DACH
  • High agency, you don't wait to be told what to do; you get things done
  • Thrives in an intense culture with a fast pace and a high level of commitment
  • High energy level and the ability to confidently communicate our mission to C-level stakeholders, shopfloor managers, and future team members alike
  • Explorative mindset, comfortable with the fact that the playbook isn't written yet, and excited to write it yourself
  • Fluent in German and English (German is non-negotiable)
  • Based in Munich (or willing to relocate)
