As a founding member of our go-to-market team, you help execute our vision to make every shop experience truly 1 to 1. You are an enterprise seller who builds meaningful pipeline and closes with precision, taking accounts from first conversation to signed contract.
Our customers are E‑commerce leaders, digital and CX teams, IT stakeholders, and C‑level executives at enterprise retailers across Europe. Winning these upmarket deals requires navigating complex buying committees, building cross‑functional trust, articulating clear commercial value, and closing with confidence. We are building the AI‑native commerce experience platform that runs the entire on‑site customer journey for enterprise retailers. This is category creation in the era of Agentic Commerce, and you will help shape this market.
Responsibilities
- Full‑Cycle Ownership : Own the journey from qualified opportunity to signed contract. Lead discovery, orchestrate demos, build the commercial case, align stakeholders, and close with precision.
- Strategic Prospecting : Work high‑quality, structured pipelines, focus on upmarket deals, and ensure each deal matters.
- Commercial Craftsmanship : Run disciplined forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, think in quarters, bring field insights into ICP definition, messaging and product feedback loops, and collaborate directly with founders, solution engineering and product.
- Long‑Term Ownership : Demonstrate quota attainment over multiple years and closed meaningful B2B SaaS deals (30 k–100 k+ ACV).
- Enterprise Exposure : Understand multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and create alignment.
- Structured Selling : Run discovery‑first processes and control conversations with clarity and confidence.
- Commercial Depth : Understand margin, ROI, CAC, and business cases—beyond features.
- Resilience : Thrive in high‑accountability environments without hand‑holding.
- Pragmatism : Know when to push, pause or move deals forward without noise.
- Hunger : Desire upside, responsibility and win.
Qualifications
- Ecommerce, retail tech, AI or martech expertise.
- Familiarity with selling complex platform solutions.
- Experience in upmarket motions.
- 5+ years of total relevant experience.
