TOPICS YOU WILL OWN

As our Founding GTM Manager , you'll build and scale our Go-To-Market function from the ground up. Your main areas of responsibility:

• Develop and implement a repeatable and scalable sales process capable of driving rapid growth.
• Identify and test customer segments, pricing strategies, and new channels.
• Refine and optimize our sales playbooks through continuous feedback and data-driven adjustments.

Customer Relationships & AI Adoption

• Own key customer relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Translate customer insights and feedback directly into actionable product improvements, influencing roadmap priorities.
• Lead adoption initiatives, managing change within traditional accounting firms to ensure smooth product onboarding and deep roll-out.

Scaling Operations

• Automate internal processes and select best-in-class tools to streamline sales and operations workflows.
• Support the growth and hiring of exceptional talent, thereby shaping the future of the team.
• Set up and run customer support processes that can take Tabula from 1k to 10k companies in the next 12 months.
