Founding GTM & B2B Sales

About The Role

This is the founding commercial hire at an early-stage healthtech company building a personalized diagnostics and preventive health platform. There's no playbook yet - you'll create it, owning the full revenue motion across B2B channels and feeding real market signal back into product and pricing.

What You'll Do

• Build and own the B2B pipeline end-to-end across outbound, inbound, and partnership channels.
• Run the full sales cycle - discovery, demo, and close - on deals ranging from €10k to €500k+, targeting employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers.
• Set up the sales stack from scratch, including CRM, data enrichment, automation, and signal tooling.
• Partner directly with founders to define ICP, pricing, and packaging strategy.
• Structure and execute the go-to-market strategy for B2B channels in the German market.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals independently.
• Fluent German speaker - ongoing buyer conversations are conducted in German.
• Comfortable building pipeline yourself without SDR support, using modern outbound tooling.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like CRMs, enrichment platforms, and sales automation.
• Founding-seller mindset: scrappy, self-directed, and energised by building from zero.
• Background in healthtech, corporate benefits, or employer/insurer sales is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €50,000 - €60,000 annually (all-in OTE). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany , five days per week.
