Location : Berlin (Hybrid - 3/4 days per week in office)

Language : This is a German-speaking role (C1/C2)

Salary : €100-150k OT+ Equity (depending on experience)

Our client offers an AI platform that helps companies find and win public contracts. Its AI does the tedious parts of public procurement: finding relevant tenders, reading the paperwork, drafting proposals and checking compliance. In the 5 months since launching they've grown €0 to €1mio ARR!

• On pace for €3mio this year, €10mio next year

About the role - what will you do here?

• You'll build the marketing function from scratch
• You own the brand, positioning and messaging
• Help create a leader in a newly built category
• You'll organize events and create case studies

About you - what experience do you bring?

• You speak German (C1/C2) and are based in Berlin
• You have 3+ years B2B marketing experience
• You've worked for high growth SaaS scale-up
• You're a builder with an AI-first mindset

The salary package is €100-150k + equity
