Founding Product Manager – AI Agents Platform

Responsibilities

• 60% Customer development. You manage relationships with 4–6 strategic design partners at CEO/COO level.
• 40% Product strategy & platform build. You are responsible for shaping what the platform becomes: positioning, feature scoping, packaging.
• You build the backlog, monitor competitors, create new demos every two weeks, and decide which standalone solutions become modules and which do not.

Requirements

• You have already taken a B2B product from zero to real traction at least once.
• Continuous Discovery, Jobs-to-be-Done, Opportunity Solution Trees: you can not only explain these discovery methods but have applied them in real releases.
• Strong communication skills in German.
• Passion for AI and automation.
