Founding Sales Development Representative

About the Role

This is a founding SDR position on the Growth team at a fast-moving, seed-stage AI voice platform. You'll own pipeline generation for a product with strong market demand — and grow into full-cycle deal ownership as you deliver results. Your work will directly shape the company's go-to-market motion from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified pipeline across outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone.




• Identify and engage the right prospects with targeted, research-driven outreach.




• Build and manage relationships with customers across the sales cycle.




• Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline with accuracy and discipline.




• Develop into owning and closing deals end-to-end after demonstrating strong performance.




• Shape the GTM motion, build a repeatable sales process, and refine outreach strategies.




• Contribute to hiring and building out the broader sales team and playbook.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment.




• A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.




• Strong business acumen — ability to understand the needs and pain points of diverse companies.




• Comfortable running multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone) and managing CRM tools.




• Hands-on, scrappy mindset with willingness to do the unglamorous work it takes to build from zero.




• Near-native German fluency (C2) and strong English proficiency (B2–C1) for professional settings.




• Collaborative, hungry, low-ego — thrives in a high-energy team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €75,000 – €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany , five days a week.
