Overview

As FP&A Business Partner at Redcare Pharmacy, you will bridge finance, strategy, and commercial decision-making to drive growth and value. You’ll partner with senior leaders across countries or models, shaping planning, profitability and investment choices in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment. The role offers exposure to ecommerce dynamics, pricing and growth initiatives, with a mission to challenge the status quo and steer the business forward.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and day-to-day commercial decision-making
Understand key financial and operational drivers, identify opportunities and risks, and improve profitability and unit economics
Challenge initiatives via fact-based analysis, business cases and scenario modelling (pricing, marketing, growth investments)
Drive forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning, linking outcomes to drivers and leveraging data, automation and AI
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management

Zentrale Anforderungen

8+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering
Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, profitability and customer/unit economics
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, data-driven mindset
AI-first mindset: leverage AI, automation and new tech to improve planning and insights
Commercial mindset and ability to influence decisions without authority
Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior management
Ability to independently own the financial steering of a country, business model or similar
