About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team of Redcare Pharmacy, a fast‑growing eCommerce company, and play a key role in shaping how we grow, invest and create sustainable value.

Our eCommerce business combines retail and marketplace business models, creating a dynamic commercial environment with different growth drivers, customer economics and profitability levers. As a FP&A Business Partner, you will be close to the heart of commercial decision‑making, co‑steering the financial performance of one or more countries or business models.

You will work closely with senior business leaders on some of our most important questions: Where should we invest for growth? What drives customer and business value? How do we improve profitability? And how can we use data and AI to make better and faster decisions?

This role gives you the opportunity to combine finance, strategy and commercial thinking in a fast‑moving, data‑driven eCommerce environment.
