Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles
Source passive candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, other specialty talent resources, and referrals
Review resumes and initiate thoughtful, personalized outreach to prospective candidates
Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for each site's specific needs
Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Escalate questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as appropriate
Deliver routine and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager
Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the role

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience is REQUIRED
Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred
Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks is a significant plus
Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience a plus
Experience with Google Suite
Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a warm, relationship-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders
Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting
