- Define and develop early product strategy for product launch at key accounts and relevant specialist physician groups for the sales team.
- Localise the global Launch Readiness Framework including establishing market priorities and associated core projects.

- Identify opportunities along the patient pathway, supported by market and potential analyses to increase market share and brand.
- Co‑develop global product strategy as a core member of global and EU brand/project teams.

- Completed business, natural science or comparable study, preferably with further qualification (Master, PhD, MBA).
- Multiple years of leadership experience in marketing and sales of pharmaceutical products.
- Experience in a comparable position with a strong track record of motivating sales and marketing teams.
- Expertise in core areas of the innovative pharmaceutical industry desirable.
- Expertise in direct and indirect team leadership.
- Launch experience introducing new indications/products, track record in meeting or exceeding set goals.
- Deep knowledge of product, market and customers in Specialty Care.
