What you'll do

• Build and update mechanical part and assembly models as parametric 3D CAD files, using FreeCAD or a comparable platform
• Add GD&T callouts and tolerance stack-ups to manufacturing drawings
• Design components for sheet-metal work, CNC machining, plastics or injection molding
• Assess technical documents and CAD models for production accuracy and manufacturability, then incorporate the technical feedback

Who this is for

• At least two years' experience designing mechanical components for manufacturing
• Hands-on professional use of FreeCAD or another parametric CAD tool for advanced modeling, assemblies and drawings, plus strong GD&T, tolerance analysis and design-for-manufacturing knowledge
• Professional fluency in English, with clear communication in writing and conversation for collaborative technical reviews and documentation
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
