Freelance Application Developer – CRM, Onsite Düsseldorf

Overview

An international football player agency is seeking a skilled freelance Application Developer to design and implement a simple CRM system using Airtable. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in building Airtable-based solutions and who are comfortable working onsite in Düsseldorf. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining operational workflows and enhancing data management for a dynamic sports agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements and desired workflows


• Design, build, and configure a custom CRM system in Airtable tailored to agency needs


• Integrate relevant data sources and automate key processes within Airtable


• Conduct onsite consultation and project meetings at the Düsseldorf office


• Provide user training and documentation for the new CRM system


• Troubleshoot issues and offer ongoing support during the implementation phase

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering at least three Airtable projects of similar scope


• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and workflow automation


• Proficiency in Airtable, including database design, scripting, and integrations


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for onsite collaboration


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions


• Availability to attend meetings and consultations onsite in Düsseldorf


• Experience working with clients in the sports or agency sector is a plus
