Freelance CX Solution Architect – Loyalty / API Integration (m/f/d)

For a CX and loyalty project within an international retail environment, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (m/f/d) .

Project details

• Start: 1 September 2026
• Workload: 2.5–5 days per week
• Duration: Initially until the end of March 2027, with an extension beyond go-live planned
• Location: Mainly remote
• Onsite: One-day workshop in Hamburg
• Project language: English
• Region: Europe, with availability during European business hours

Responsibilities

• Define the technical target architecture for the CX and loyalty solution
• Review existing API documentation and system landscapes
• Define the required APIs, integrations and data flows
• Conduct customer workshops to clarify technical requirements and required data
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and development teams
• Optional: Support the technical implementation of integrations

Requirements

• Experience as a Solution Architect within CX, loyalty, CRM or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration architectures
• Experience defining target architectures and technical solution designs
• Experience conducting customer workshops
• Fluent English
