Freelance Onsite Support Technician – 1st / 2nd Level Support

Role Overview

Provide freelance, on‑site IT support at the client’s Munich location, delivering both Level 1 and Level 2 technical support services.

What You Will Do

Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure, systems, and tools; troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently, and support end‑users to address technical queries in a timely manner.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory administration)
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket and incident management
• Ability to work with and learn company‑specific deployment and support tools
