Freelance SAP PP / Manufacturing Consultant – S/4HANA Public Cloud (m/f/d)

For an international SAP project, we are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP PP / Manufacturing Consultant (m/f/d) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and manufacturing processes. The role requires a hands-on Manufacturing SME who can analyse existing processes, bring in industry best practices and actively shape the future manufacturing solution. The client specifically requires support around Demand Planning, Production Planning, Production Execution and the creation of the Manufacturing Functional Design based on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Digital Manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities

Analyse and understand the client’s current manufacturing processes
Provide best-practice consulting across Demand Planning, Production Planning and Production Execution
Lead the creation of the Manufacturing Functional Design
Design manufacturing solutions based on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Support the integration and use of SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM)
Identify optimisation opportunities within end-to-end manufacturing processes
Work closely with the client and international project stakeholders

Your profile

Deep functional expertise across SAP PP / Production Planning
Proven hands-on project experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in PP is mandatory
Strong expertise in Variant Configuration
Strong knowledge of SAP QM / Quality Management
Broad end-to-end knowledge across all relevant SAP PP processes, including planning and production execution
Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) is a plus
Strong consulting skills and the ability to independently design functional solutions
Very good English skills
Willingness to travel regularly to Norway
