Your mission

We’re looking for a creative and experienced freelance Social Media Manager to lead content creation.

Hard Skill Requirements

• Create unique, high-quality posts, stories, and reels
• Plan and schedule weekly content that aligns with our visual and brand identity
• Engage with the community and respond to DMs/comments
• Monitor performance and optimize for reach and engagement
• Must have experience with beauty and/or wellness brands
• Must be proficient in English (German is a plus)

Personality-wise, you are:

• Creative: you are quick to come up with out-of-the-box ideas for promotion, content, and generally creative problem-solving.
• Organized: You’re good at tracking your work, keeping others in the loop, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision once onboarded.
• Execution-Oriented: Strong focus on execution and constantly seeking ways to optimize processes for better results.
