Freelance Data Scientist (M/F/D) (Temporary Role)

Are you a skilled Python and SQL user with a strong analytical background and experience in building high-quality prediction models? Are you passionate about uncovering insights from data and applying them to real-world financial challenges? Then you might be the Data Scientist we're looking for!

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of data-driven knowledge gathering, including connecting, mining, simulating, predicting, visualising and deploying data solutions.
• Develop data-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Translate business needs into hypotheses and lead advanced analytical projects while performing ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions.
• Design, train, deploy and monitor predictive models and algorithms.
• Develop data-driven business case models.
• Build and run simulation scenarios to quantify revenue and business impact under different assumptions.
• Clearly communicate findings and explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We\'re Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• A strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of financial markets and financial products, such as options and futures.
• Experience with pricing models or revenue simulations is considered a strong advantage.
