Freelance Videographer – Running Event Berlin

A freelance videographer is required to capture a major running event at Tempelhof Airfield in Berlin this Saturday morning. The assignment involves arriving at 7:00 a.m. and filming for approximately three hours, focusing on the pre‑race atmosphere, live race action, and post‑race celebrations. The ideal candidate will use a handheld camera and/or drone to document the event, with the primary deliverable being a dynamic post‑event highlight video. This is a one‑off opportunity with the possibility of future projects for outstanding work.

Deliverables

• Capture high‑quality video footage of the event, including pre‑race setup, runners during the race, and post‑race moments.
• Operate handheld camera and/or drone to achieve diverse and engaging shots.
• Deliver a professionally edited highlight video summarizing the event.
• Ensure all footage is well‑composed, steady, and visually compelling.
• Submit final video edit within the agreed timeframe.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event videography, preferably sports or outdoor events.
