Freight Forwarder – Seafreight Pricing

• Prepare quotations to determine and structure seafreight rates
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines and service partners in coordination with the relevant departments
• Manage, review, and control export/import pricing agreements
• Organize and manage quotation follow-up activities
• Perform sales price controlling based on customer orders
• Prepare reports as agreed
• Support tenders by determining pricing

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk, Industrial Management Assistant, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in managing seafreight pricing
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, a confident manner, and a service- and customer-oriented approach
• Strong time-management skills, flexibility, ability to work independently, and team spirit
