岗位职责

• 1、接受客户委托，负责联系订舱，拖车，报关报检、提单确认事宜，熟悉货代一票到底流程；并与海外代理协调沟通。
• 2、善于寻求供应商、询价，熟悉市场价格，能独立操作本岗位；
• 3、妥善灵活处理出货期间发生的各种意外和突发事件；
• 4、将业务信息录入管理系统，完成业务结算工作。

Job Responsibilities

• Receive client assignments; handle booking, trucking, customs declaration and inspection, and bill of lading confirmation; be familiar with the end-to-end freight forwarding process; and coordinate with overseas agents.
• Proactively source suppliers and request quotations, stay familiar with market pricing, and be able to independently handle this position.
• Properly and flexibly handle various accidents and emergencies that arise during shipment.
• Enter business information into the management system and complete settlement work.

任职要求

• 1、本科以上学历，国际贸易或者相关专业毕业优先；
• 2、英语要有良好的听说读写能力，德语流利者优先；
• 3、具有良好的交际沟通和应变能力；
• 4、亲切随和、耐心细致，有客户为本的服务意识；
• 5、有1年及以上货代行业操作经验。

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; graduates in International Trade or related majors preferred.
• Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; fluent German preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and adaptability skills.
• Friendly, easy-going, patient and detail-oriented, with a customer-centric service mindset.
• At least 1 year of operational experience in the freight forwarding industry.
