We are seeking a Front Desk Manager (m/f/x) with strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and leadership qualities to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a positive first impression of our property. You will serve as the central point of contact at the front desk, coordinating operations and ensuring a professional, warm welcome for guests, business partners, and internal teams. You will also play an active role in further developing our service and reception concepts.

Your future role

Contribute to the further development of service and reception concepts

Oversee the entire reception area of the estate

Organize and streamline reception processes

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, business partners, and internal teams

Ensure a professional, service-oriented demeanor

What you bring to the team

Successfully completed training as a hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, office administrator, or comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience at the reception desk, ideally with management responsibility

High level of service and customer orientation as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working

Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage

Good knowledge of the relevant MS Office programmes, e.g. Outlook
