Job Description

How does your working day look like...

Planning and managing the department and developing the team

Together with your Assistant Front Office Manager you ensurea smooth running at the Front Office

you take care of your employees' concerns and stand up for them

you not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic

you are responsible for billing and all administrative matters

You act as a role model for your department

and last but not least - being the contact person for all hotel matters

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

Training in the hotel industry and professional experience at the front office are desirable

Initial management experience in a comparable position or as an assistant

Knowledge of real Hamburg insider tips

Ability to inspire guests and colleagues

Be a host with passion
