Frontend Developer

The company’s client is a leading iGaming operator.

Develop engaging, visually appealing, and responsive marketing landing pages, emails, widgets, and on-site pages
Implement pixel-perfect designs into code that adapts seamlessly across devices
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life quickly
Work with CMS technologies such as WordPress and Payload to create and optimize pages
Ensure all deliverables are high-performing, focusing on speed, load times, asset optimization, and clean code practices
Own projects end-to-end, taking responsibility for timelines and quality
Contribute actively to brainstorming by offering ideas and solutions to move projects forward
Deliver consistently in a remote, fast-paced, multi-project environment with steady weekly deliverables
Integrate with the Brand & Design department alongside UI, UX, and Graphic designers, copywriters, and marketeers while working in parallel with the core development team

5+ Years of experience in frontend development
Motivate other team members and collaborate effectively
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, especially React
Hands-on experience with WordPress, Payload, or similar CMS tools
Proven ability to turn designs into pixel-perfect, responsive experiences
Experience optimizing for performance, SEO, and user experience
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and move projects forward
Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities and high responsibility
Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote team setting
Curious, passionate, and can-do mindset
Enjoy cross-department collaboration across marketing, development, design, and brand
Nice to have: iGaming experience, passion for creating user-friendly front-end experiences, experience working for marketing departments or agencies as a front-end developer
