Frontend Software Engineer (f/m/d) (part-/fulltime)

In this role you further develop our core software for financial settlement of energy and commodity trades. You will process transaction data across front- and back-end layers, build interfaces to internal and external systems, and generate stakeholder reports. Working with domain-driven design, you collaborate with specialist departments to deliver efficient solutions and manage end-to-end lifecycle from idea to deployment. You’ll leverage public clouds and OpenShift, in an agile SCRUM team, with a strong exchange mindset that values teamwork and continuous learning.

• Advance the main software solution for financial settlement
• Process exchange transaction data on front- and back-end
• Create and operate interfaces to internal and external systems via messaging (ESB) or web services
• Develop reports for various stakeholders
• Apply domain-driven design with cross-functional collaboration
• End-to-end lifecycle involvement from idea to deployment
• Utilize public clouds and OpenShift for containerisation
• Work in an agile SCRUM team, hybrid/remote
• Foster an exchange mindset within a growing team

• Degree or apprenticeship completed
• Initial Java programming experience
• Strong object-oriented programming and clean code practices
• SQL querying and DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and pipelines (Jenkins)
• Experience with containerisation tooling (advantage: Helm, Buildah/Podman)
• Spring/Spring Boot experience (advantage)
• Frontend knowledge (React, Vue.js or Angular)
• Willingness to learn new technologies
