Detesia is a CISPA spinoff building the detection layer for AI-generated and manipulated images and video. Our technology already stood first in multiple, international deepfake detection challenges and is trusted by newsrooms, fact-checkers, insurers, and law enforcement across Europe. Deepfakes are moving faster than the institutions built to catch them. We are the answer to that, and we are scaling.

We are looking for a person to own sales from A to Z in our early phase, closely working together with the founders. This is not a seat where leads land in your lap. You hunt them, you work them, and you close them.

What you will own

You run the entire cycle with the founders. Prospecting, first contact, discovery, demo, offer, negotiation, close, and handover. You spend real time on the phone because that is where deals actually move. You keep the pipeline clean and current in the CRM and the sales stack, so the whole team can see exactly where every deal stands.

You will sell into demanding, high-trust markets: enterprise Trust and Safety teams, media, insurance, and government and public sector buyers. These are long, credibility-driven sales. You will need to hold your own meetings with technical and institutional decision-makers.

What you bring

You have closed real B2B deals and carry a track record you can point to. Experience selling deeptech/AI, or public sector buyers, moves you straight to the top of our list. You have the hunter instinct: you chase, you follow up relentlessly, and you are energized rather than drained by a hard close. You are fluent in the tooling required for a serious sales operation today. You are comfortable being the first salesperson in the room, building the motion as you go.
