Full cycle sales manager in manufacturing

Описание: Drevise develops an AI platform for the manufacturing industry that translates technical product information from drawings, specifications, and other documents into automated processes and clear decisions. This helps companies move components faster and more reliably from design through quality planning and supplier coordination to production approval. With more than 200 customers in 9 countries and the support of international investors, we are scaling Drevise from Germany into the global market.

Задачи:

• Pipeline ownership: from first outreach to closing
• Proactively reach out to potential new customers by phone
• Schedule and conduct demo appointments
• Develop and close opportunities
• Maintain and update leads in the CRM system
• Document conversations and results

Требования:

• At least 1 year of experience as an SDR/BDR or in a comparable role
• No fear of the phone and enjoy direct interaction with people
• You think in terms of pipeline, conversion, and revenue
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Highly motivated to achieve goals
• Interest in sales, startups, and AI / SaaS
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Based in Berlin or the surrounding area and willing to work in the office at least 80% of the time
