About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack App Developer to take full ownership of the MOBROG application. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our mobile platform, while continuously shipping high-impact features that directly drive business growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in building polished, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of the MOBROG mobile app, from front-end implementation to backend architecture
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, with a strong focus on Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Storage)
• Write and optimize SQL queries and manage structured data layers
• Architect and implement push notification systems (FCM and equivalent services) for user engagement and retention
• Identify and deliver new app features with measurable business impact — from scoping to production
• Monitor app performance, crash reporting, and analytics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure app security, data integrity, and compliance with platform guidelines (iOS & Android)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Hosting, FCM)
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational database design
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with push notification infrastructure and delivery systems
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of mobile app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
