Full Stack Developer - AI Integration (f/m/d)

As a Full Stack Developer at Black Semiconductor, you will build and scale internal tooling (Black Net) pivotal to our rapid FabONE growth. You will introduce AI-augmented development practices to improve how the team codes, reviews, and delivers features. You’ll work closely with product and engineering peers to shape architecture as the platform expands ERP and procurement workflows. This role offers hands-on impact across the company, with a clear path to influence tooling and processes. • Design and implement full-stack features for the internal network (Angular, Node.js, MongoDB)
• Champion and operationalize AI-augmented development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium)
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate requirements into working software
• Contribute to architecture decisions as Black Net expands (ERP integration, procurement workflows)
• Integrate AI coding agents and automation into Black Net's processes
• Participate in code reviews focused on quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Refine best practices and team agreements as the team grows
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate AI coding tool usage

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with a modern frontend framework (Angular preferred, React or Vue considered)
• Backend development experience with Node.js and REST API design
• Experience with MongoDB or similar databases
• Active experience with at least one AI coding assistant (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or similar) and ability to explain tooling to varied audiences
• Self-starter mindset in a small, autonomous team
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
