We are a Berlin-based software startup developing a B2B SaaS solution for building service providers. Our software helps companies digitize their daily processes and make them more efficient.

We’re looking for a full-stack developer who is passionate about driving our product forward, takes ownership, and will work with us to build something great.

Your Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be primarily responsible for implementing new features, helping to make technical decisions, and continuously evolving our architecture.

You’ll work closely with our team, contribute your own ideas, and develop features that further improve our platform. In doing so, you’ll translate our customers’ real-world challenges into robust, practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implementing new product features and further developing existing functions
• Working closely with the team to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Designing and further developing our system architecture
• Taking responsibility for code quality, testing, and technical documentation
• Optimizing existing features in terms of performance, UX, and scalability
• Active participation in technical decisions and long-term product planning
• Use of modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve code

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack development with Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks
• Experience with AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, clean code, and testing
• Practical experience operating cloud-based web applications—ideally with AWS
• A strong sense of responsibility and a desire to actively help shape a product
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to work
• A hands-on mindset, initiative, and a passion for teamwork
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Residence in Berlin or willingness to work on-site regularly
• Understanding of GraphQL APIs and relational databases (SQL)
