YOUR ROLE

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI systems
• Design and implement intelligent agent workflows capable of planning, reasoning, and task execution
• Integrate Large Language Models, memory systems, and external tools into production-ready applications
• Develop reliable AI experiences with real-time interactions and low-latency performance
• Improve system resilience through observability, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms
• Collaborate closely with Product, Machine Learning, and Backend Engineers to deliver impactful features
• Continuously optimise AI workflows based on user feedback, performance, and production insights
• Contribute to scalable architecture and engineering best practices for AI-native applications

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO

• Has solid commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Is confident working with modern frontend and backend technologies
• Has experience building AI-powered applications or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Understands software architecture, APIs, and scalable system design
• Enjoys solving complex engineering problems with pragmatic solutions
• Takes ownership and enjoys delivering products from concept to production
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments with evolving requirements
• Is passionate about AI, emerging technologies, and building products that create real user value
• Communicates effectively and enjoys working in highly collaborative teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with RAG architectures or AI agent frameworks
• Familiarity with technologies such as Next.js, Python, Node.js, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, and NoSQL databases
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs
