THE TEAM AND ROLE

We are looking for a (Senior) Full Stack Engineer (all genders) to join our development team and contribute to building state‑of‑the‑art software used in critical clinical environments. You will work on large‑scale infrastructure and be involved across the entire product lifecycle — from designing and testing to deploying and maintaining core Avelios services. This is a hands‑on role where you will help shape both backend and frontend components of our platform.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with our core development team to build full‑stack solutions across clinical use cases
• Design, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure Avelios services
• Develop large‑scale software systems used in critical healthcare environments
• Work with the latest technologies in both backend and frontend development
• Apply best practices in clean, efficient, and secure software engineering
• Continuously improve performance, usability, and development processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java , C++ , React , TypeScript , Swift , or Rust
• Demonstrated software development experience — GitHub contributions are a plus
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute across the stack
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluency in German or English
