2–3+ years, several projects. Backend strength in at least one of:

• Ruby on Rails
• Python / Django
• Node / Express / Meteor
• Elixir / Phoenix
• Amazon Lambda

Tests, microservices, modern tooling. Frontend: professional UI with CSS frameworks, mobile-first; React, Angular or Vue professionally; design tools a bonus.
