Join Barilla's Future Leader program in Sales & Marketing based in Cologne to develop into a leadership role across Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Key Account Management. • Define and implement trade marketing strategy for products and channels, including listing, POS, pricing, promotions, and shelf placement
• Prepare communication materials to support marketing activities
• Define effective marketing plans and monitor product performance, supply and demand trends
• Perform potential analyses and develop customer-related marketing plans
• Plan and monitor listings, distributions, and sales-promoting activities; collaborate with sales on campaign execution at POS

• Master in Business Administration or comparable area
• First working experience as working student or intern (preferably FMCG)
• International experience (internships or studies abroad)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
