Overview

In this role you drive the development, optimization, and tech transfer of pharmaceutical and cosmetic formulations, bridging Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs. You help scale up and transfer products into commercial production, ensuring robust GMP-compliant documentation and lifecycle support. You will work cross-functionally to resolve manufacturing issues and continuously improve formulations and processes. Verantwortungsbereiche

Plan, execute, and document development, optimization, and technology transfer projects for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products
Support scale-up activities and the transfer of new products into manufacturing
Prepare and maintain technical, GMP-relevant, and regulatory documentation
Support validation, qualification, and stability studies
Analyze and resolve technical issues within the manufacturing environment (troubleshooting)
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external partners
Contribute to the continuous improvement of formulations and manufacturing processes

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific discipline
Initial professional experience in galenic development, formulation development, technology transfer, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is beneficial
Basic knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical development processes
Strong analytical and structured approach to work
Team-oriented mindset and collaboration across functions
Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
