Gas Leak Survey Technician II

Stellenbeschreibung:

Provide technical support and service to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of systems
Install and configure equipment and software
Complete on-site inspection of gas facilities
Investigate specific findings
Properly document inspection results and service activities
Maintain a safe work environment
Communicate respectfully with customers
Work independently without supervision across the client's 18-county service territory after training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
Travel to support additional projects as required
Report directly to the Field Service Supervisor

Requirements

2 years minimum experience in field service or face-to-face customer service
Must participate in training and pass operator qualifications for service
Must pass DOT drug screen
Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to Honeywell
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to carry required tools and a 10–15 lb tool bag regularly for extended periods and distances
Ability to spend long periods standing and/or walking on concrete and other surfaces
Ability to correctly wear required personal protective gear, including safety shoes, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles/face shield, hearing protection, safety harness, and resistant gloves
Gas Leak Surveys and Inspections experience valued
College degree or technical certification valued
Basic MS Office skills valued
Customer service and people skills valued
Ability to follow instructions valued
US citizen, permanent resident, or asylum/refugee status required under US export laws
