Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to teach in the Master’s program Artificial Intelligence for Industrial Applications the module Interdisciplinary Topic with focus on self organization and team organization.

Responsibilities

• Teaching load: 4 semester hours per week (SWS) of 45 minutes each (60 hours of in-person teaching in total).
• Format: Weekly lectures (Winter Semester 2026/27, October 2026 – January 2027) or a block course (approximately 1 week including examination).
• Content: Teaching interdisciplinary competencies such as: Organizational development, Leadership and management, Change management, Decision theory, Teamwork and communication techniques

Requirements

• Qualifications: Completed university degree (Master’s/PhD) in business administration, psychology, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated practical or academic experience in at least one of the following areas: Leadership and management, Change management or organizational development, Intercultural communication or team dynamics
• Teaching experience is desirable
• Language skills: Excellent English proficiency (teaching language is English). German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Personal competencies: Didactic skills for engaging knowledge transfer in international groups.
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and practice-oriented teaching.
• Independent and structured work approach.
