Your Role

You are a thought leader in Generativ e AI and drive the company-wide establishment of G enAI, multi-agent sys tems, and RAG architect ures. You will identify trends early and use them to develop scalable, production-ready solut ions. With vision, you lead teams, establish best practices, and build sustainable competencies.

• As a Senior GenAI Solution Architect (f/m/d), you will strategically anchor GenAI in the company and shape the future of our custom
• Drive strategic initiatives in Generative AI, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures.
• Lead technical teams and take architectural responsibility in national and international projects.
• Design and implement production-ready AI solutions on hyperscale infrastructures.
• Advise clients on architecture, scaling, and deployment strategies for AI transformation projects.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualification & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience delivering scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
• Proven leadership in technical teams and strong stakeholder management.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, frameworks like LangGraph/CrewAI, and knowledge of MCP and A2A communication.
• Excellent communication skills in German & English (C1) and willingness to travel.
