• Coaching and mentoring on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, innovation, creativity, problem solving, and time management.
• Support clients' career growth through resume review, LinkedIn review, and networking strategy.
• Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced general management coach.
• Hands‑on management or leadership experience.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• Clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation.
