General Manager Design & Product Management Cold Rolling Mills (f/m/d)

In this role you lead the Design & Project Management division for Cold Rolling Mills, steering technical and disciplinary directions and mentoring international staff. You drive division and corporate strategy, advance modularization of the global product portfolio, and support sales and service growth. You will engage in international customer meetings, market/tech/competitor analyses, and help shape the service business. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management in a global, innovative environment.

• Actively drive and implement division and corporate strategy
• Strategic and continuous personnel and division development, fostering a culture aligned with values
• Integrated product management for the global portfolio with modularization/standardization
• Support sales in planning, meetings, and negotiations with international customers
• Conduct customer meetings and negotiations domestically and abroad; analyze markets, technologies, and competitors

• Several years of leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; cooperative leadership
• Experience in design and technical project management for metallurgical plant equipment, preferably cold rolling mills
• Experience with change management and implementing improvements
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Negotiation skills, reliability, and resilience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; fluent in English
• Willingness to travel internationally and work abroad
