Generative AI Coach, Image, Video & Workflow

Responsibilities

• Coaching of participants in subsidized full-time and part-time training programs on generative AI
• Teaching practical use of AI tools for image and video generation as well as process automation
• Planning and designing live sessions and practice exercises
• Supporting learners from orientation to project completion as a direct point of contact
• Close collaboration with the course team and providing continuous feedback on course quality
• Developing practice-oriented assignments and example projects for instruction
• Using the Figma Suite and Figma Weave for course design and team collaboration

Requirements

• Proven experience with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, DALL·E or comparable image and video generators
• Confident use of the Figma Suite and ideally experience with Figma Weave
• Experience in knowledge transfer as a trainer, coach, lecturer or similar role
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts simply and to engage people with varying levels of prior knowledge
• Self‑organized, reliable and able to deliver materials on schedule
• Experience with subsidized training programs is a plus but not required.
