German Customer Care On-Site & Remote in Greece (with relocation) Cross Border Talents • Offenbach am Main, Germany

At the moment we are looking for German speakers to fill several vacancies. The conditions are according to the following requirements:

Requirements

• Knowledge of fluent German & English (B1/B2)
• Writing speed: 25 words per minute
• Starting dates: March & April
• Travel expenses: paid by our client
• Accommodation: our client offers the first 14 days of stay in a hotel; after this period the company will help you find accommodation according to your expectations
• Initial contract: 6/12 months, renewable
• Health coverage: Greek Social Security Foundation (IKA) plus private health care for all employees
• Working hours in shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week = 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
• Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy
• Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately
• Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
